Our Team

Zlatan Antić

The firm is led by Zlatan, who is a founding partner, who is qualified to practice law in Serbia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro and Sweden respectively.

Zlatan holds Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree obtained at the University of Belgrade, Faculty of Law (2003) and Master of International Commercial Arbitration Law (LL.M) degree obtained at the Stockholm University, Department of Law (2006). Zlatan worked with prominent international law firms rendering legal services in the Balkan region where he mastered multi-jurisdictional approach in advising various corporate clients. The expertise of his work are M&A transactions, banking & finance, corporate and concession related projects. Zlatan is a member of Serbian Bar Association, Swedish Arbitration Association and International Bar Association. He is fluent in English, Serbian (incl. Bosnian, Croatian and Montenegrin), Russian, Italian and Swedish.Currently, the firm consists of 10 associates with international background and experience able to deliver high quality service at any time. Jadranka Jerković

Is a co- founding partner at ANTJER and
heads the Montenegrin desk.

Throughout her career, she has served multinational clients in a broad range of commercial matters, with focus on real estate particularly front-end construction law, energy, corporate and banking and finance law. Jadranka primarily advises international clients on all aspects of their investments in Serbia and Montenegro but has acted as counsel and rendered legal services in the Balkan region also (including Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Kosovo province and Macedonia).  She advised clients in large-scale commercial projects and transactions including construction companies, real estate investment companies, property developers, financial institutions, power companies and insurance companies. Jadranka is a member of Serbian Bar Association and International Bar Association. She is fluent in English and has working knowledge of German language.Jadranka studied law at Law Faculty University of Novi Sad where she obtained Bachelor’s degree in 2006 as well as Master’s degree in Private International Law in 2008. Before founding ANTJER Attorneys at Law, Jadranka worked in Provincial Ombudsman (2005-2008) as expert associate, Moravcevic, Vojnovic and Partners Law Firm in cooperation with Schönherr (2008 – 2010) and Karanović & Nikolić Law Firm (2010 -2014), as attorney at law.
